What a journey… Thank you Christine

Sizwe was at the time weighing 109kg and because of his autism it was not easy to address this challenge. Christine put Sizwe on a customised diet plan which was quite different from Sizwe’s diet. I was very pleasantly surprised by the diet which turned out very tasty, including lots of vegetables, fruit, nuts and other snacks, not forgetting lots of water.

Nine/ten months later Sizwe has lost 22kgs and I have to look twice to recognise this good looking fellow in my house. His health has improved greatly in various ways.
