I started my weight loss journey at a point where I was feeling hopeless. Through Christine I finally feel like I’ve taken control of my life again. Sizwe was at the time weighing 109kg and because of his autism it was not easy to address this challenge. Christine put Sizwe on a customised diet plan which was quite different from Sizwe’s diet. I was very pleasantly surprised by the diet which turned out very tasty, including lots of vegetables, fruit, nuts and other snacks, not forgetting lots of water.
Nine/ten months later Sizwe has lost 22kgs and I have to look twice to recognise this good looking fellow in my house. His health has improved greatly in various ways.
