INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- ¼ cup dairy free milk (we used almond)
- 2 dates
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients until your smoothie bowl has the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
- Add 2 TBS cocoa powder for a delicious chocolatey option.
- We topped ours with a sprinkle of mixed spice for a warm, aromatic flavour, as well as a dash of sunflower seeds.
